Soba is a thin, traditional Japanese style buckwheat noodle popular in Tokyo and northern Japan. It is made with buckwheat which is rich in protein and low in calories. Perfect served hot in winter or cold in summer, these noodles are the smoothest in texture and taste. Soba noodles can be stir fried with vegetables or can be eaten with the soup/broth.
